The Mastermind is priced at $1200, with a discounted rate of $1000 available for those who choose to make an upfront and full payment.

The Mastermind will accommodate up to 12 participants.
4. What will be covered in the Mastermind? Is it a training program?
The Mastermind combines training with on-the-spot coaching to enrich the participant experience. Expect discussions on workplace topics that contribute to both personal and professional growth.
5. What if I miss a session?
To optimize the collective mastermind experience, participants are encouraged to prioritize attendance at every session. The interactive nature of the sessions, involving brainstorming and problem-solving, benefits from the full engagement of the group.
6. Who is the Mastermind best suited for?
This Mastermind is tailored for aspiring leaders who want to enhance their interpersonal, communications and professional development skills in the workplace, as well as for those who currently hold leadership roles in their careers and/or communities and desire to take their careers to the next level.
7. How long are the meetings?
Each session is set to run for 2 hours, occurring on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday evenings from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
8. What commitment is required?
Participants are expected to attend two Mastermind sessions per month for a duration of six months. Engaging in the Mastermind, from time to time, completing light homework assignments, and actively participating in problem-solving and brainstorming for leadership challenges are integral aspects of the commitment.
9. What is the application process?
Interested individuals must complete an application to express their interest in the Mastermind. Following this, an interview with Dr. Roundtree will be conducted, and successful applicants will be notified of their acceptance. Participants will then receive an invoice, sign off on a code of conduct, and commit to full participation in the group.
